I know Cuyhoga support Multilanguage, multisite but i have some suggest:
- in onesite, now , we support Multilanguage is multi Nodes. With relation parent-chilrent Node, we must add modules to Node
http://localhost:8080/Admin/NodeEdit.aspx?SiteId=2&NodeId=1
-I suggest that, we can choise 2 option in site: the first is current (MultiNodes), the second is MultiLanguage
http://localhost:8080/Admin/NodeEdit.aspx?SiteId=2&NodeId=1&Lan=en-GB
With a site, if we add one language to Node, if we add more language, we must define description for Node with other language. Then we must add new table: cuyahoga_node_Language.

I think with the second option, we only create one site with multi language, we must not create more Node and add the same Module for other language. In each module, we can add multilanguage in resources file and display correct it.
